Next Step in Health, Education & Environment

To aid, assist, undertake, organize, conduct, establish, maintain, facilitate
and promote all or any of the following activities:
a) That this trust is a charitable one and has not been started with a view to
earn profits. All income of this trust shall be utilized towards the promotion
of the Aims and Objects of this Trust.
b) To render voluntary service for the welfare and development of common
people both in rural and urban areas, irrespective of their caste, creed,
religion, language, sex or other discriminating factors.
c) To provide a common platform for social, educational, economic, political,
legal and environmental advancement of people in need.
d) Ensuring social empowerment of men, women and children and those in
need from marginalized communities through educational and vocational
trainings.

e) To establish, run and operate on a non-profit basis, a trust to serve the
needs of the adolescents and children through community and social
programs of Health, Hygiene, Education & Empowerment to improve the
well being of marginalized, underserved people by creating partnerships to
develop local capabilities, insuring long lasting change, and to engage in
programs and projects which improve the lives of adolescents, children and
their families and community by providing preventive health care,
nutritious food, clean water and sanitation and other development
services.
f) To interface, establish, run and operate public health research agency (ies),
clinics, camps and centers of different types to regulate and/or solve and
remove any developmental problems of children and adolescents, and in
particular, those related to physical, mental and social hardship and distress
to underprivileged children and adolescents.
g) Health – Advocating on the issues of health, hygiene, bring greater
awareness of personal health, vaccination, preventive and therapeutic care,
provide counseling, support services for treatment of infectious,
coronavirus, malnutrition, systemic deficiencies and suffering from other
diseases, to work for health care of poor or indigent people and to provide
them medical check ups, medicines and referral services
h) To advance the education of the public in general and affected persons
with different diseases, their treatment and consequences and to foster the
caring and tolerant attitude towards disease affected persons.
i) Diffusion of useful knowledge through or by help of using any effective
media independently and/or in collaboration with or jointly with any
Government or Charitable organization or other institutions operating PAN-
India having similar objects or causes for the welfare of underprivileged on.
j) To promote the welfare of people at large/marginalized groups or suffering
from any disease, infection or condition of any other organism associated
with a disease, to obtain, manage, provide and arrange for or assist in
arranging for the provisions of nursing and medical care, drugs, ,
equipment, facility, services, property, counseling, legal, financial and other
services required by those who need it.

k) To undertake activities in fields such as HIV/AIDS preventive care and
awareness, nutrition, water and sanitation, reproductive health care, child
survival, leprosy disease prevention and eradication, family planning,
support, assistance, training and development.
l) To undertake research, studies, discussions, workshops, seminars, shows
and surveys on topics and subjects which will help the Aims & Objects of
this Trust being implemented and may have a bearing on other related
fields.
m) To establish, run, operate, undertake and maintain training and in-service
training centers and/or programs and to employ skilled personnel for the
said purpose of furthering the cause of the Trust.
n) To establish collaborative relationships, contact, linkages and networks
with Government authorities, charitable organizations, individual services
and institutions for working towards health, population and family welfare
and related development.
o) To seek the support of medical personnel, social workers, community
development professionals, other subject matter experts, specialists or
volunteers, with or without remuneration.
p) To enable comprehensive rehabilitation of sick children and adolescents in
order to promote normal physical, and psycho-social development.
q) To initiate, further and establish international relationships with similar
organizations or institutions of repute working in similar fields or engaged
in like activities
r) To avail of the services of foreign consultants or experts, with or without
remuneration, in the field of work of the Trust.
s) To institute, promote, undertake, encourage and assist research in related
issues concerning the social issues, women and child development of
common people both in rural and urban areas, irrespective of their caste,
creed, religion, language, sex or other discriminating factors.
t) To accept contributions, grants, aids and donations in cash or kind from
individuals, Joint Stock Companies, Firms, Trusts, Foundations, Central &

State Governments and any other bodies by the Trust for operating, capital,
recurring and incidental expenses to fulfill the aims and objects of the
Trust.
u) To purchase, take in exchange, or on lease on hire or otherwise acquire or
get any gifts or procure any lands, buildings or property, machinery
equipment, apparatus, or their articles or things, including all movable or
immovable properties required for the activities of the Trust and its
purposes.
v) To construct, equip, maintain or alter any arts, music, sports, science,
engineering, math or health care infrastructure, laboratories, support and
training facilities.
w) To make rules and regulations for the conduct and management of the
Trust and its activities and to rescind, vary or enhance and strengthen the
performance of the Trust.
x) To invest any moneys or funds of the Trust in such a manner as the
Governing Body of the Trust may, from time to time, determine consistent
with laws and promoting the aims and objects of the Trust
x) To provide facilities, scholarships, financial assistance, travel costs and
other support to students, researchers and other participants approved by
objective selection criteria and to pay, settle, disburse expenses, fees, costs
for implementing the objects of the Trust.
y) Education – to run, maintain or assist any educational or other institution
for coaching, guidance, counseling, or vocational training or to grant
individual scholarships for poor, deserving and needy students for
elementary and higher education.
z) To launch, support, establish and maintain institutions for disabled, blind
and adult education like vocational training in vocations of semi-skilled for
employment.
aa) Capacity Building – To assist poor and disadvantaged people particularly
women, disabled and children to understand their potential and to self-

develop their voluntary action. Building capacities of the individuals and
organizations.
bb) To hold exhibitions, meetings, lectures, classes, seminars, conferences and
other courses, either alone or with others.
cc) To organize seminars/discussion, mass awareness and sensitization
programs to promote knowledge and understanding on social issues
amongst people.
dd) To make correspondences in lawful manner to arrange meetings,
conferences for the solution of social problems of members of society.
ee) To acquire by purchase, gift, grant legacy, bequest, exchange or otherwise
from any person, company, government, or institutions whatsoever lands
building, teaching laboratories and inter-communication online training,
motor vehicle and all other kinds of properties, both movable and
immovable, for the attainment of the object of the society. Also to
construct, improve, alter and extend the building, that may be found
necessary for the purpose of the society as per the norms of the industry
and government.
ff) To undertake developmental activities independently or in collaboration
with other voluntary agencies
gg) To initiate and promote family welfare, adult literacy, non-formal
education, general awareness education, specifically on health and hygiene,
environmental sanitation, reproductive and child health etc.
hh) To undertake programs and sustainable developmental activities for
women and child development.
ii) to initiate and promote activities for Integrated Rural Development
jj) Skills Development – To establish and run various vocational/skill training
centers, to provide computer education and online courses, to establish,
construct, build, maintain and run Library containing books and computers
with internet connectivity, to distribute books, stationary, tutorials and
other teaching aids to help youth and economically weak women/widows
in various income generating skills to develop their literacy and self-

employment skills. Ensuring economic empowerment of economically
backward classes through self-help groups and income generation
activities.
kk) To impart free education and scholarship to poor children/students
ll) Medical Aid – to support, run, maintain or assist any medical institution,
nursing home or clinics or to grant assistance to needy and indigent
persons for meeting the cost of medical treatment.
mm) To establish and run care homes/boarding home, orphanages for orphan
children, aged people widows, destitute and deserted women, children and
developmentally challenged.
nn) Promoting local/Indian culture.
oo) To undertake and promote rural community health programs in deserving
villages.
pp) Disaster Management – To undertake emergency relief works for the
victims of natural calamities, like flood, fire, famine, earthquake or other
disasters which impede development.
qq) Relief and Rehabilitation – to give financial or other assistance in kind by
way of distribution of books, notebooks, cloths uniforms, or meals for the
poor and indigent and to persons suffer due to natural calamities.
rr) To raise awareness, empower underprivileged children, youth, women and
people from weaker section of the society through right education and
innovative healthcare programs.
ss) To provide a loving, caring and nourishing environment for children of
different cast and ages from disadvantaged backgrounds.
tt) To provide a strong support system for children irrespective of gender,
class, caste, religion and sexuality to the physical, mental and social needs
of disadvantaged individuals while working with them to uphold human
dignity.
uu) To engage people into like-minded groups, like women self-help groups.
Farmer’s group, youth group etc., to exercise collective planning and action.

vv) To develop, support, establish, maintain and manage schools, colleges,
professional colleges, Technical and non-technical institutions of all kinds
with hostel and/or boarding facility including Research Institutions for good
education and advancement of knowledge to poor and people who cannot
afford, with special emphasis to Women’s education.
ww) To identify the hidden human resources among poor, disadvantaged people
particularly in the fields of Sports, Music, Fine Arts and other creative works
and to develop the same for the respective individuals and the society at
large.
xx) To print and publish books, pamphlets, leaflets, magazines, periodicals,
journals etc. on the activities, development and other common issues
pertaining to the objects of the Trust and distribute them free or at cost to
public.
yy) To co-operate and enter into arrangements with any authorities,
international, national, local, or otherwise.
zz) To do and promote any other incidental activities to further the objects of
the Trust.
